Getting Started with AI Art QR Codes
QR-Verse's AI Art Generator transforms standard QR codes into scannable artwork using ControlNet + Stable Diffusion. This guide walks you through creating your first AI art QR code in minutes.
What You Need
- A QR-Verse account - Sign in or create a free account.
- AI Art credits - Pro subscribers get 20/month. Business subscribers get 75/month. Extra credit packs available.
- QR content ready - The URL, WiFi, vCard, or other data your QR code will encode.
Step 1: Create Your QR Content
Go to the Create page. In Step 1, choose your QR type (URL, WiFi, vCard, etc.). In Step 2, enter your content - this is what the QR code will encode when scanned.
Step 2: Open the AI Art Generator
Advance to Step 3: Customize. Below the standard design options (colors, patterns, logos), you'll find the AI Art QR Code panel.
Step 3: Choose a Style
Browse 130+ presets organized by category (Business, Food & Drink, Nature, Events, Wedding, Tech, and more). Use the search bar to filter by name. Click a style to select it - the AI prompt will auto-populate.
Step 4: Customize Your Prompt (Optional)
Want something unique? Edit the pre-filled prompt or write your own from scratch. You have up to 1,000 characters. For best results, describe the scene, style, mood, and colors you want.
Step 5: Generate
Click Generate AI Art QR. Generation takes 30 - 90 seconds. The AI creates 2 unique variations of your artwork - each one different.
Step 6: Choose and Download
Browse both variations and click your favorite. Then download your QR code - the AI art version replaces the standard black-and-white QR. You can always regenerate for new variations.
Pro Tip
For printed materials (business cards, posters, packaging), increase the QR Visibility slider to ensure reliable scanning at any distance. For digital displays (screens, websites, social media), you can go more artistic since phones scan at closer range.
Understanding Credits
Each generation costs 1 credit and produces 2 variations. Pro subscribers receive 20 credits per month, Business subscribers 75. Extra credit packs are available. If generation fails, your credit is automatically refunded.
